Hi, I need a bit of help. I’m trying to get access to pretendo on my 2ds xl and I don’t remember what the password is. Is there a way to reset this or do i need to ask for an account deletion?

Your password should be the same as it is here. Did you forget it after you signed in here?
Also if you open Nimbus, is the network on Pretendo?
I’ve tried to login using the password that I created for this and it saying that it’s not correct. I’ve opened nimbus and it is on the pretendo network.
@Joshua8600PNID has this trick that may work but I can’t remember what it was let me search for it here.
What is the error code that you are getting?
I am not sure if this will help but since it is easy, and until someone replies you could try this:
I don’t have my ds near me at the moment and it kinda late now. Sorry to be a pain but can I let you know what error code is tomorrow. And I’ll try logging back in at some point.

You can reset the password on the website.
https://pretendo.network/account/forgot-password
Enter your PNID (entering email seems bugged) and check the email address associated with the account.
