Cant connect my pretendo account to my 3ds(solved)

when i select the pretendo option on nimbus for some reason after the reboot it isnt selected

This is likely due to missing the Luma3DS file on the SD card.

  1. Open Universal Updater
  2. search “luma”
  3. download boot.firm
  4. switch to Pretendo in Nimbus
  5. open Nimbus again to confirm Pretendo is loaded

i did and when i checked nimbus it still was selected to nintendo

i tried it again and it work

sorry to be annoying but when i entered the nintendo id setting i got error code 022-5432

Can you show a photo of your Luma config screen?

  1. turn off 3DS
  2. hold SELECT and turn it on
  3. send a picture of the entire top and bottom screens

Part of your bottom screen is obscured, can we see that?

Right, that’s probably the issue. Can you reinstall Luma3DS from Universal Updater?

when i entered nintedo id setting i got error code 022-5432

  1. switch to Nintendo in Nimbus
  2. open eshop
  3. switch back to Pretendo
  4. try signing in again
