Can't access Miiverse or Nintendo network id settings

I Can’t access Miiverse or Nintendo network id settings on the pretendo network. Whenever i click onto either or it tells me to sign in or put in a password. But whenever i do it pops up with error code 022-5432, “An error has occurred. Please try again later. If this problem persists please make a note of the error code and vist support.nintendo.com.” is there a way to fix this error?

  1. Switch to Nintendo in Nimbus
  2. Open eShop
  3. Switch back to Pretendo
  4. Try linking account again

And if you get 022-5432 again, keep repeating these steps until it works.

Once a PNID is linked, just open up Miiverse.
