This may seem silly, but I believe during my account creation I put my birthday correctly (June 3rd, 1995). However upon looking at my profile now, it seems to have defaulted to January 1, 1990.
I sadly only have a 3DS and not a WiiU, so the common solution does not work for me as of yet. The birthday is not displayed on the forums, and the main website does not allow me to change it, so I can’t edit this information myself.
Therefore, I’d like if someone at support could fix this little inconvenience.

Unfortunately at this time there is no way to change those setting unless you have a Wii U. Have you tried to change them here in the forum? I believe that it is only possible on a Wii U as for now.
I have given it a try. On the forum settings I can’t seem to find a way, and on the main pretendo website the option is disabled.
It really is the only thing that is mildly inconvenient, as I imagine birthday settings are considered for some elements and such (not to mention, confusing people when it’s my actual birthday, oops). I could ignore it, but again, it could confuse the system and people in unintended ways.
Regarding the region situation:
On the website it shows me as being on the US, but my console shows I’m on my country, Peru, so I imagine it is a situation of Pretendo showing the console region (US/America) but my account’s country being registered in the correct country (Peru), so that’s not an issue.
tldr, region seems to not be an issue, only a situation of the website displaying a general region while the console shows the actual country.

Yeah I noticed that too personally, the only place where your account region would probably show is Juxtaposition. I think it’s probably related to the fact that practically all 3DS online services don’t really utilise your PNID, Miiverse is really the only thing that does at the moment.
It’s not really an issue, it only displays in Juxtaposition
If such is the case, then consider this not an issue then, as it won’t affect negatively my experience online.
I suppose for the time being I’ll simply clarify to my friends that the registered date is not my birthday, and when the setting becomes available to be changed I’ll do so.
