Can someone please make a talking community to prevent a lot of bans and let the homebrew community be homebrew

People get moderation actions when they break the Juxt Code of Conduct Juxtaposition Code of Conduct
The “Homebrew Community” is the off-topic community, but it still has to abide by all the other rules (Rule 4 is the exception in Homebrew Community, really).
