Getting a real StreetPass is nicer though. I had 3 last year personally, I need to start trying again!

Get Netpass or use the Streetpass Relay if you have Pretendo on your 3DS.
It’s not quite the same as getting a real streetpass, but it’s pretty close.

StreetPass is a local service. It’s not something we can “bring back”. It only happens when you’re physically near someone else with a 3DS. StreetPass Relay makes this work online but it’s not the exact same thing

try out netpass it is streetpass but online you can download online or from the universal updater app on a modded 3ds using it normally will still work after too so you can think of it as a option to do so

Going to try again today, had my first StreetPass from the relay servers earlier.

I’m hoping there is a toggle to disable it at some point since I’d rather have legitimate (or special) StreetPasses but it helps me check out the StreetPass features in Tomodachi Life finally :joy: (I’ve had MK7 and ACNL StreetPasses before)
