Hello, since I haven’t seen a topic dealing with that issue in the forum yet, I’m asking my question here.
I’m having an issue when I would like to go to Tortimer island online. When I talk to Kapp’n, he does not offer me to visit an island online, I can just go to my own Tortimer island. I’m not getting any error, the option is just not available. My Wi-fi is turned on and I chose Pretendo servers.
Please could someone help me with this issue?
Sounds like you haven’t unlocked Club Tortimer to me?
Occasionally in the shop on the island, you should see something that looks like a letter offered in it which grants you access to Club Tortimer. From memory, you need 50 Medals to access Club Tortimer but I might be misremembering (that might have been the price for the wetsuit).
Ooh my…right! I’m sorry for that silly question, I didn’t remember you had to buy a subscription first to unlock it. 
I haven’t played the game in a while. It was so unusual to me to not be able to go online to an island that I immediately thought it’s a Pretendo bug. But thank you anyway for your help! And yes, it’s 50 medals, just bought the subscription now and online works perfectly.
