3DS pretendo error code 006-0612

I figured out that when trying to play games on my wifi router i just get error code 006-0612, but when i play through hotspot on my phone it works totally fine. I wanted to see if there was a way to get pretendo to work through my wifi router because due to my circumstances, i wont have mobile hotspot on me all the time, thank you.

The net code is 220-01 which is NAT type D

NAT Type D is really bad. that’s why it won’t work.

I recommend calling your Internet Service Provider to get them to change it.
