This isnt really a pretendo thing but does anyone know how to make an app and put it on the homebrew launcher?
It’s going to be a much better idea asking on Nintendo Homebrew or GBAtemp unfortunately

idk about apps but you could develop a game with Unity for New Nintendo 3DS
But unfortunately you can’t get it anymore
