Try switching to Nintendo on Nimbus, then changing back to Pretendo services, ensure that in Luma3DS you have both “Enable game patching” as well as “Enable loading external firms and modules” active. If the error persists, say so.
Since you marked that as a solution, I am assuming that worked?

Did you try reinstalling Nimbus? This is the first time I see this error code on real hardware
