I keep getting error code 002-0121 on my 3DS when doing almost anything online (connecting to other consoles at least), I’ve tried all of the fixes ive seen (ie. updating numbus and luma, running luma from sd card, checking the first two luma settings) and none work. it still gives me the error. any clue what’s going wrong?
Try reinstalling Nimbus from Universal Updater and let us know if it works

I assume updating Nimbus meant that they’ve already tried reinstalling it?
tried it, deleted nimbus first then redownloaded from uu and it changed nothing. rebooted after and still nothing. Anything else i can do?
Is your friend code banned? You might’ve used an alternative friend code before if you got banned on Nintendo Network, if so, revert it back to your original one and then try again. (you can do this in godmode9)

That would be error code 002-0150. I’m not sure why this is happening considering OP has tried all the usual checks.

Another thing i noticed that might help: When i tried to change back to nintendo in nimbus, it kept me at pretendo. it wouldnt change back over to nintendo at all
Make sure Luma3DS is running from SD card and not from CTRNAND, also first two options must be enabled.
Look at the bottom screen.

Based on this post, having a swapped friend code seed can also cause this error. Consider trying this as well if none of the other steps worked.
LFCS is usually error code 002-0150, so far every 002-0121 case on Discord never required the script, tho weird that fixed it on that thread.

I’ve seen it fix a few other users in the Discord when they get this error code
It’s usually only necessary if 002-0121 appears on both Nintendo Network and Pretendo Network, and the patches are working correctly.
